Backcountry kitchens do not get a second delivery. We shop, sort and pack to your list, then build loads that survive the trip and unpack in the order your staff need them.
Cold chain, dry goods, fuel, propane and hardware all move together on one plan, with a manifest your lodge manager can check off on arrival.
