Who we are

What we collect
When you send us an enquiry we collect the name, email address, phone number and job details you give us. When you use the website we also collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, through our hosting provider and any analytics we run.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver the work you book, invoice you, and keep records required for tax and insurance purposes. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is needed to do the job or run the business — for example with the air or marine operator flying or running your load, with our accountant, or with a payment processor. Each of them receives only what they need. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for [12 months]. Records relating to completed work are kept for [7 years] to meet Canadian tax and record-keeping requirements, then deleted.
Your choices
